Multiple Squads / Over 4 friends linking up

One complaint I have since the start of Battlefield 6 is the lack of ability to join friends in games (when in a separate party) if they are already in a full party of 4. 

We have around 6-8 guys who play frequently and used to have the ability for one of the group of 4 create a new squad and others join games to run 2 squads a of 3 or 4. We have tried and are thus far unable to do so in BF6.

Larger groups had been teased before (platoons by joining multiple squads). Please find a solution so we can get friends in same game.
