My Legion Slim RTX 4060 Laptop Caught Fire!!!

I launched the game for the first time and waited for the shaders to load. During the loading process, my laptop  which is less than a year old  burned out, started smoking, and melted both the CPU and the GPU. It has 16GB of RAM, an RTX 4060, and a Ryzen 7. What should I do? I lost my laptop just by opening the game. I’ve noticed that many people are complaining about CPU overheating when launching the game. How can I contact the Battlefield company for assistance?

A game alone cannot physically set your laptop on fire or melt components, what likely happened is a hardware or cooling failure. Modern laptops are built with safeguards that throttle or shut down the system long before physical damage occurs. Your laptop is less than one year old so it falls under guarantee, go to or contact the place you've bought it from and they have to repair or more probably give you a new laptop. Whatever you do don't try to use your laptop anymore, there are Lithium batteries in there and extremely dangerous when damaged.
