Need functional air radar and minimap for jets

Since beta the air radar has been out of service, and dogfight has become a guessing game cuz nobody knows where your foes are.  I really don't understand how such a basic thing as air radar can be ignored. 

The same goes for the minimap, it's way too small, everything just instantly disappears while you are in a jet.

Minimap coverage of 600 instead of 300 would be great.
