Need help directly from EA due to unwarranted ban

Hello my brother just bought and built his first PC. He got BF6 free with Intel B580. A big reason he bought the card. We made sure secure boot was turned on verified within windows. After about 15hrs he was permanently banned for user agreement violation or terms of sale which is what they exactly stated. He claimed the game through the Intel website exactly as the instructions said to. Entered the code and claimed BF6. He has not violated a single rule and followed everything. Please someone explain what is going on? He has appealed once and it was just an automated response verifying his account is permanently banned.

Hi there. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. Please use the instructions in this article to submit a dispute. Terms of Service will investigate the ban. Thanks!

  • Hi xllStArLoRdllx,

I'm really sorry, but the only people who can remove a ban are EA's Terms of Service team, following a successful appeal. In this case, all I can suggest is that your brother tries appealing again, since they usually allow three appeals before they'll no longer accept them.

It might be worth keeping in mind, though, that your brother will need to do this himself, as ToS will only talk with the account owner, and they most likely won't give him any in-depth details.
