Question

I couldn't get the points for the matches I won earlier due to a server error, and today I lost points again because of a game error. I experienced this again while writing this ticket, and here's a photo. In total, I've lost close to 1000 points, and there's no refund. Why are my efforts going to waste because of these stupid game errors? Please explain this to me. EA_DanaB EA_Dennis EA_Mahonia EA_Mercutio

I demand the return of the points I lost for free to my account.

Really sorry, but there's noone here who can provide missing progress. While I don't know for certain if they can help either, technically EA Help are the people to speak to about issues like this. It'd probably be worth getting in touch with them at https://help.ea.com .

THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE DUE TO ERRORS. DOES THE TECHNICAL TEAM KNOW ABOUT THIS?&nbsp;And now this has happened again, and I keep losing points because of your ridiculous bugs.
