i recognizee the importance of balance in gameplay,generally,i shouldnt be outmatched by an mp5 when facing a 308 from hk417 or a 6.8 creedmoor from the sig spear.i grasp the game mechanics an the concept of balance\but the submachine guns eliminate opponents far to quickly,additionally im puzzeld as to why the .277 has the same damage output as the m4,considering the 6.8 is superior to 5.56.my point revolves around combat at a distance,especially when someone is using 9mm from over 100 yards.the damage drop off system in place raises qustions about the rationale behind it.moreover,light macchine guns require improvment,as to weapons with 33 damage.it needs to be logical the mp5 should not inflict the same damage as the m4.its not solely about realism the mp5 should not be that effective at long range,regardless of the game context.if thats the case then what role do assault rifles have if submachine guns can perform the same.this situation dose not reflect balance in any way,as there are no significant differences among the guns aside from rate of fire an damage drop off,using snipers are pointless an rifles since submachine guns can cover all the necessary functions
