a deployable shield in your line of sight, whether in front or behind, (and literally 30-40 feet in front of it), will take all the damage even though I'm not even aiming at the shield
Omgosh I thought I was going crazy when this happened. I was hitting an enemy and they ran in front of a deployable shield, not behind it, and it absorbed all of the shots that would have eliminated them.
When you see majority consoles, you know the game is going to play like garbage. When it's mostly PC, the game works quite well.
Just left a majority roller lobby where I would die before I was exposed or had enemy in line of sight. Checked input device, 🎮. Died in one frame, 🎮. Bullet sponge, 🎮. /quit
