New orange dot gift.

Question

You know, I like that kind of humor where you take something that was going wrong, and turn it into a joke. Even more so when we're talking about mistakes we made and problems we caused, and we can admit to it though that humor instead of crying about it or trying to pretend it didn't happen.

But it's also kind of rage inducing because the orange dot problem is still here. Every day I play, orange dot. Why orange dot? Me not know. Orange dot drive me insane, now no can speak good.

Honestly though, I like the joke... but also actually fix it? Please? Tired of the game trying to tell me I have something unlocked on a weapon but I can go through every attachment, skin, charm, this, that, everything, and nothing is actually new and that stupid dot just won't go away.

The "mark all as seen" doesn't work either, so kudos on the solution not solutioning. Better this than you telling us you've fixed the netcode for the 100th time but it's still just hot garbage.

Agreed. I thought the gift was funny, but a bit poorly timed since the bug is still present.&nbsp;
From what I can tell the game knows something has been unlocked, but doesn't show it until a restart. I normally get it when I unlock two attachments, as only one shows when customising the weapon.&nbsp;

I had this happen for one weapon, but not for another.
My hope is that the current orange dot problem is tied to the new attachments going bye bye problem.
I only had a single week where I did not have an orange dot problem. Even directly after the "solution" patch, I still had orange dots and the mark all as seen... well, that's never worked actually.

Actually, I will say this. I've noticed that the last gun I've unlocked something on will always have an orange dot. I can move this orange dot by unlocking something on a different weapon, at which point the orange dot on the old weapon will clear up magically, but now the dot is just on the new weapon. To my memory, this tends to stay only on primary weapons, though I don't really unlock stuff on pistols often and it doesn't remain the last thing I've unlocked something on for long.
