Night Mode - add Heartbeat sound when just flashlight - Hint indicator

To add more horror on this mode , add Heartbeat sound when not wearing Nvg, just flashlight - Hint indicator. sometimes it does tells you that your are nearby enemies or sometimes there are no enemies but you still hear the heartbeats !!!
