No access to PTE Evans-Greene

I bought the Battlepass and completed the TEAM DEATHMATCH Challenge and yet I cannot access my new skin. This is kinda unfair; I really do not want to play another Battle Royale game AND have to get Vehicle Kills.

Can this please be addressed?
