I agree maybe one day EA will actually care when half of the users are all banned by mistake. Since my post 4 hours ago on TigerxCity I saw at least 2 more people banned for no reason with no response or "actioned correctly". Seems like you get banned if you use a controller or if their software bot feels like it. [Mass tagging removed - CM]
