No persistent server = no map rotation - leads to frustration

Like the title says — no persistent servers means I can end up playing Mirak Valley three times in a row in Escalation or Conquest. This ain’t it, DICE. If you actually want people to stay engaged, we need persistent servers.

I get it — spinning up a container for each match and shutting it down right after saves you money. But come on, we’re players, not cash cows. Stop pretending this is some kind of “smart infrastructure choice” or that it’s for the community. It’s not. It’s pure greed.

And don’t even bring up Portal servers — those were trash from day one. You already knew that from 2042, yet somehow you doubled down on the same broken model.

Between the weapon registration bugs, the CoD-ified map design, and now being forced to replay maps I can’t stand multiple times in a row — yeah, that’s an instant Alt F4 for me.

  • Dont forget if you play it three times in a row, you also end up on the same side every time... Either Nato or PAX

  • 100% this, we need persistent servers for the reasons already mentioned and more. It's not fun at all to "roll" the same map X times in a row. I want persistent servers where i play (in order, not randomly) all servers from A to Z, and don't get me started on sbmm, my lobbies are hell compared to 99.99% of streamers that casually kills bots players, if you don't believe me I welcome each and every one of you to come and join me.

ps: we also need to be able to admin (police) our own servers, I'm sick and tired of having on my side players with 200+ ping or russians with open mics. why don't you just give us an option (and i'm not talking about portal) to create our own hosted servers if you don't want to create persistent servers with moderators?
