Not a SINGLE class active ability works for me

I cannot find too much on this. I thought i read in the recent patch notes that they "fixed" this issue. No matter what class I play, I get the animation of activating my class ability, but it NEVER activates. Would be really cool if I could use the actual main feature of each class. Does anyone else have this problem?
