Sorry but not sorry just wanted to say i played bf from BF 3 over 1500 hours across different bf games, not once have i decided to play any battlefield game for battle royals or a single player game...

The reason the large maps were feature empty was because frostbite couldn't handle detail\ destruction on that scale, this is why all the large maps have lots of empty space. Also the original Devs stated back in the day that 128 just doesn't work, it's too crowded.
