only about 1 / 10 of lobbies have proper hit registration

what is going on? I have played today quite a lot, since i have now free time. 

There was only one game where hit registration was working as expected.

What EA is doing there? Another stupid game mode nobody asked? 

Hire some adults withs experience and stop stupidities immediatelly.
