Only empty servers or filled with bots!

Why i only get empty servers or bot filled ones on the official game modes. This is disgusting in a AAA shooter. SteamDB says #4 most played game. What's happening?

These farming servers are really killing the game. They just made the challenges too easy and now farming servers are back… what is EA doing ???
