Operation Firestorm air field camping

Right now, there does not seem to be an out of bounds timer for helicopters on enemy air strips. They can loiter/sit there.

Players take helicopters straight to the enemy air strip, even before the first jets spawn, and wait, then spawn kill. They will also lay mines on the air strip.

If it is intended behavior to allow enemy helicopters to loiter/land inside the enemy air spawn without an out of bounds timer, please reconsider.

In general, an uncappable spawn area doesn't seem to be a place to allow enemies to freely move around in with no restrictions.
