Paid Pro and Phantom, can I get the money back for PRO?

Hi beasts,

I made a mistake when purchasing Battlefield 6 — I intended to buy the Phantom Edition, but accidentally paid for the PRO Edition instead. Is there any chance I can get a refund, or even receive the amount back in BF6 coins?

I’m not sure if a refund is possible in this case, but I’d appreciate any help you can provide. Also, I haven’t received the skins and items that were offered with the Franchise package.

I’m new to this and sorry if this is a basic question — but I can’t find those items in my game.

I also couldn’t find a support email, so I’m reaching out here.
