Good afternoon, what are the chances of having the punishment reduced if I received a permanent ban for inappropriate language in the chat? I am ashamed of the words I used; I wrote them in the heat of the moment, although I understand that emotions do not justify my actions. I only wanted to ask whether there is any possibility of having the punishment softened.
