Player Game Balance is completely messed up..

Question

Good day Devs,&nbsp;Please please please, fix the game balance.. I dont know how many games lately Ive been in where the player balance isnt even close! Its one thing to be a player or 2 weighted to one side, but take a look at this images.. I can tell you, in my opinion, being on the weak side or the strong side, the game doesnt end up being fun, its over fast and a waste of time..&nbsp;please look into this.. It use to be much better but has Seriously gone down hill..&nbsp;

On top of this is games where it never loads.. I find specifically with your new maps every season for a while (this season its been the WHOLE season) that it never gets to the point of filling with bots even.. You'd be better off waiting a couple of min, fill with bots and as players come along drop those bots out. I've seen matches where we are only a couple of players short from starting, but then players wait so long and still no bots and so they start leaving.. Its a waste of time, if I want to sit around doing nothing Ill watch a movie..&nbsp;
