Player Movement and TTK

Maybe i am considered old, 30, but i find the movement/animations to by extremely fast. Often times i am holding my breath, and needing to "stop moving" for a moment to get my bearings. Players can clear a block in just a few seconds. I like the pace, but i feel the maps are too centered on cqc to have players 4.44 40 yard sprints everywhere. 

TTK is too slow. I don't have amazing aim, but it seems after i a nice flank, i am dumping almost half my mag into a player before i have the jump to the other. 

I am hoping they will have hardcore mode. This is will be where i should be.
