Players glowing!

I get the improvement to visibility but you literally cant hide players are glowing this cant be right looks ridiculous. How can a sniper hide and snipe. Honestly its like call of duty do you even discuss changes as a team. One bad decision after another like who is in charge of this? Clearly not doing a good job.
