Please add large scale TDM

The game needs a team deathmatch to the same scale as conquest. 32 vs 32. Conquest is plagued by players that just simply want this exact thing which means more often than not; half my team is not playing objective and/or not playing the class they chose correctly because they just do not care. Its usually 90% of the team playing engineer so they can sling rockets around and the rest playing assault. With a limitation on both maps AND pick-up-and-play game modes, the game is suffering with player retention. I can understand that large content updates can take time, but I honestly do not see why large scale TDM has not been a feature since launch, especially with the very clear push for the call of duty player base.

    It is 32 vs 32 TDM in conquest maps with all the vehicles and stuff, except no capture points and the only objective is to TDM.

  • Making 32 vs 32 TDM in Portal would be no challenge. I can do it. But would you play it? Not unless you could matchmake, right? You wouldn't take your time shooting bots while waiting for it to fill up, or tell other people about it, or tell people that portal is a good thing, or convince people that portal exists, has a server browser, and you can use it to find that 32 vs 32 TDM experience, right? If the players didn't just funnel in naturally, it would not be fun and would be a waste of time creating what you want, yes?

    I have a 16 vs 16 Hardcore TDM experience that I made. Hardcore TDM not being an option normally, is its draw. Custom spawns, scoreboard, and win tracking. It has filled up a couple times, and that's it. No one plays it. I would have to be convinced that people want to play 32 vs 32 TDM enough to take the time to play it.

    5 days and not as much as a "thanks for the feedback". reminds me of the performance issue discussion about framestutter and the other about the memory leak. got your money now havent you. no fixes for major issues, no new content, no new features. some things never change.
