Please help. New account ban, what are my options if appeal fails?

I created a new xbox gamer tag / email account as I have a new Xbox, because my son has taken over my old box and account and I want to play BF6 on this new one  

i then set up a new EA Connect account with that new email address. I had some issues with pw and resets, but managed to create it and even add one friend. I then received a notice saying I had been permanently banned, but with no explanation. I can only assume they thought my ineptitude at setting the thing up was suspicious.

I have appealed and the status has changed to transferred. How long might I have to wait for the appeal decision does anyone know please? It’s only been 2days but I want to play on launch, and at this point my new 12months Xbox live sub is on an account that may never be able to play BF6 or any other EA Games ! 
I can’t move my Xbox live sub to another email and create a new EA profile, and I can’t unlink this one as it’s been permanently-banned, so unless they unban me, will I have to set up a new gamer tag/account and rebuy another year or of Xbox Live Pass, or can anyone think of a workaround?

Can’t believe 2days before launch I am stuck in this predicament
