Please Keep Bot Support in Battlefield 6—Some of Us Need It

I understand and agree. I actually prefer PvE modes these days. The co-op mode in Battlefront II is the only reason I've played it so much. Some people choose to get really offended by this harmless preference.

I completely agree, dude. People act like it’s a personal affront if you bring stuff like this up. I’m glad you’re reasonable.

It would be great if the developers added modes similar to Battlefield 2042, where you can play against AI bots and still have normal weapon and bonus progression just like in PvP multiplayer. Also, being able to create Portal playlists with different maps and game modes, with full progression, would be awesome. I hope we get some info about this soon, even though I guess it’s not a top priority right now.

Ppl get bent out of shape because bot lobbies will be abused by some to grind for progression really fast to unlock everything and then those people will switch back to multiplayer. I'm personally not entirely sure why that matters but I hope you get your bot lobbies friend, and I hope we get hardcore lobbies as well.

Blowing up all over reddit as well, this person found the workaround, setting the HUMAN PLAYERS PER TEAM to 16. I was trying to host for an hour and this did the trick. We'll see if this still works after tomorrow or some other new bug will make this unplayable for casual players.

Yes Please Bring this back. I get that we can create our own portal experience with bots. But I have only been able to do this once since launch due to the global game quota exceeded error. It says I can run a custom experience locally but then The XP is locked. 
Additionally I could not set a bot difficulty level in the portal experience. When I was able to host my experience, The bots were way too easy to defeat.

I play in online lobbies now and then. However with 2042 I was more happy to just play against bots along with a friend of mine in co-op. This is because we are old gamers from Medal of honour Allied Assault/ Call of Duty and Call of Duty Spearhead/ Battlefield 1942/ Battlefield desert combat mod and battlefield Vietnam. WE Miss how Simple, Fair and unrealistic those games were. No Levelling up and no unlocks. Those Classic games were so much more fun than what we have now.

So Please Bring back the option to play Solo/Co-op against Bots with a difficulty Level. 

And Where have the Clans Gone? Do they even still exist? Don't even see any in game chat anymore. (And Yes I do have the settings enabled.) The unfiltered banter is gone :( Something else that made online gaming so much fun. If there's anyone left from the Noisy **bleep** Clan Let me know and we'll hook up. I Used to be .:NB:.Willco or ((<NB>))Willco.

Anyway Rant Over, I feel old now, trying to force others to relive my glory days ha ha. You swear to yourself when your young that I'll never be like my parents saying: "Back in my day" But here we are lol.

Man, I completely agree. First and formost, I won't be ashamed to say that I am not that great at Battlefield. I never have been, especially bf3 and 4. But 2042, regardless on how it's perceived,  made me feel like I was actually doing good and having fun, BECAUSE of the bots. I am also a father of two, so I dont get to have a lit of time right now to practice, so I get whooped by players who have all the time in the world. And its not like bots are actually taking anything away. In 2042, you could STILL go against actual players. I didnt mind the fact that I had reduced xp with the bots either. Sorry for the tangent,  I just wanted to say that I agree, and that I hope EA continues to actually listen to it's players and fan base(especially if it's intentions are to beat Call of Duty). Please EA, help us out. 

I love BF6!!! But over the last week or so, they've totally removed the ability to create portal conquest or rush games against bots. I understand and respect the concerns about xp farming. I will always play P v P most of the time. But as an older, time-poor dad, who frankly isn't that talented - being able to sit back, take my time, and savour a slower-paced game against bots - I really miss that. Could we reintroduce it as an option where no xp is earned so it can't be abused. I believe a large number of players would really appreciate bot matches as sn option. Thanks.

100% agree. Didnt play since they killed portal. Cant be arsed with sweat lobbies im too old for that and has not the reflexes anymore. Waiting for it to return honestly
