I think it needs a buff. You can hit a destructible roof over and over again, and it does no damage. It also does almost no damage to infantry unless it is a direct hit.
But I don't think it should be used inside your HQ. Enemy drones can't fly inside your HQ, and if you could use it in your HQ, and it had more damage, and you were in a safe place that people couldn't get a line of sight on you, you would have no one able to counter you.
Thats why I said to allow recon drones the ability to fly to the enemies spawn an enemy player can't get back there but the drone could. It would need a buff to the battery life and the restriction lifted so it could go to enemies spawn and then that would be the only way to combat it.
