I also refuse to play anymore. The game was advertised as full progression in custom portal games.
My group bought the phantom edition thinking we would be able to create our own custom games and progess with family and friends together. Without going into multi-player at all.
Some of us have alot of friends who game its not hard to get a 20vs20 with some bots added. There is 5 in my household that did play but once this happened we went back to other games.
Everyone knows the multi-player is full of cheaters and people who use macro devices.
Some of us like the atmosphere of chilling and playing. Progression and leveling with family and friends without zero trolls.
Portal is a dead zone now, even legit servers created by an EA employee are dead, tried multiple servers as I prefer infantry only games, each one is empty, I even ran around capturing, hoping it might kick off people joining, but no, nothing, Dice actions have killed the portal, a major promotional feature pre release, their dumbsh1t logic is astounding .. Thousands upon thousands like myself and yourself lost to their player count .. And it will only get worse hopefully, might make them "listen", but tbh, I doubt it ..
