Portal completely ruined with the new player count requirements

DICE, when you reduced the minimum player count requirement to 1 for verified experiences with no bot backfill, that was the best thing you could possibly do for portal, because at that point it work...

I just don't get why a Portal server would need a minimum player count for round start. It's not official matchmaking, you cannot apply the same rules to it, it's not gonna work.
