Portal Custom map with vehicles

I'm having the same issue and in my case the HQ spawn is under the map. deploys all player in parachutes forever. I have made no edit to the map using the default large maps only for vehicle practice. I modified the bots and team max count and vehicle spawn delay but, that's all.
