PP19 "refund"

Question

So...The week pp19 was introduced lot of us were at least 3 points short for getting it. New patch came up and it was supposed to fix it. Still nothing. So at this point I went ahead and bought the last tier for 150 coins.I chatted with support and explained the situation. I got a response that "team is aware of this and is working on it." Fine, cool. When I asked about the timeline when 150 will be refunded to me after 10 mins of "talking to the team" I got blunt answer; "No refunds".Like wtf EA. I am sure company your size has:a) Better customer supportb) Way to put freaking virtual coins on someones account&nbsp;...right?

Not defending EA at all but it was incredibly stupid to buy a digital thing in a game like this to circumvent a bug when the free option of waiting was right there, either with a bug fix or by waiting for the catchup challenges.

You played yourself. Digital storefronts won't refund this sort of thing.

Yeah I understand its on me mostly. I just find it annoying that only "solution" I was given was to upvote some thread in the forums. Like.. really? 😄

Also every other company I have ever had problem like this before has been like, "ok, our mistake, here is your currency." Just not EA.
