Purchased BF 6 skin for 1800 BFC and received Nothing!

I purchased the venomous pulse set for a change of loadout looks in game, price 1800 BFC last week, I reported here on the forums that I had nothing in my Loadout for the engineer or sniper.

I can understand gamers frustration because it seems that we are getting NO Support, specific when it comes to simple functions like a store purchase!

I guess the laughs on me, might as well rename this as a Big Nothing Burger!

If these skin sets are failing to show or if Dice has temporarily deactivated them due to a in game Issue, then Why are they not removed for purchase in the store? and Why are we (the Gamers) not refunded?

I spoke with a EA Advisor yesterday and the Team was aware of the Issue with this skin pack, I am pleased the the case is Closed with a Positive result!

I am updating this thread as this is what the "Help" tutorials lead you too.
I posted a Bug report 2 weeks after my BFC was taken and nothing given. I have also started 3 Case Incidents, The first closed and marked as resolved (it was not), the second I was told to write a Bug Report(I already had and told the advisor) and then the second was closed, so yesterday I opened a third, explained to the EA Advisor everything up to date (not holding my breath on this one either).
A simple fix would be to email me a code to Add the Content to my account, but I guess the Help does not do much of its Job Description (that would be Help). If it was not 1800 BFC I wouldn't care, if the community does not say anything the actions will continue!

I am replying to my post created 14 days ag, I still cannot reply to the Support Ticket so my Question is if DICE or any of the Dev Team were aware of a conflict with this Skin set, Why was it not removed from the Store?
Not a mouse squeak from any Member about my Support Ticket or any of the Threads I started here within the Forums!
I like so many others just want a Answer! Forums, Support Tickets or Bug Reports require a Response Action by DICE/DEV TEAM and a reply to the Player having this Issue!
Can I get a little Help here!
