Random Unjust Ban

I'm sure that the forum has seen a ton of these posts popping up lately, but I feel the need to post my own for visibility. 

I've been playing BF6 from day one without any issue. I've only been playing in the all out war and conquest playlists only, so I haven't explored the server browser playlists or any grinding servers. Yesterday I played for a while in the first part of the day before taking a break. Later on, after getting off of FFXIV, I fired up BF6 and was greeted by a new splash screen that told me that my account was disabled. Obviously this is frustrating because I have no idea what the reason could be. Even after requesting my account info, there's not an exact answer to what exactly got flagged, only "Competitive Advantage" being listed as the reason. I don't use any sort of controller emulation or any "tuning" software. I've seen a lot of people that are skeptical that this is happening to innocent users, but I can attest that there are real errors preventing us from playing the game we purchased. If I had been using cheat software then my account would've been automatically flagged as soon as I booted the game up for the first time, but that clearly didn't happen given the amount of time I've had in game. 

I've put in an appeal or two, but they don't show up in my cases and there is no form of contacting the technical support team. My penalty history is also empty as echoed by many other users. This is the first time I've ever had an issue like this so I'm not sure how to proceed.
