Ranked BR penalty points

I've been getting hit with being penalized if I try to leave a ranked matchmaking with a rookie. It's total crap! And if someone leaves mid match I still have to pay the buy-in cost even though we're handicapped a player. If the intent is to give rookies a chance to play and build up, than dont force us to pay a buy-in with RP. I just got demoted for the third time from gold to silver. It's frustrating to play ranked when I dont have a full team but still have to pay the full RP. This needs to be fixed immediately. Either let us leave matches, or make the buy in 0-RP when playing with rookies. It's not fair that you force us to play with rookies we dont know but cant play with our friends who are more than 2 ranks lower. Also, if someone leaves a match at any point of the game than the buy in should be forgiven.
