Really EA? Selling boosts to players for $2.50 each now. Meanwhile thousands of people already exploited XP bot farms & unlocked all the gun attachments & are level 500+ in just a few hours for free? Now you remove xp gain from portal mode so you can force people to buy the luxury of slightly faster progression. Are you serious right now?
Store popped up on my screen today & it showed 3 progression XP boosts & 3 hardware boosts for 250 Battlefield coins (aka $2.50) Are you serious right now? 3 tiny progress & 3 hardware boosts that will hardly get you maybe 2-3 rank levels & maybe 3-4 attachment unlocks. That’s it!? For $2.50 each purchase! Seriously! Imagine trying to level up 100 levels & unlock all the attachments just for 3 guns. You’re looking at hundreds of dollars & still dozens of hours of grind. For something that just a few weeks ago people were getting for free in less than a few hours. Is this why you removed xp from portal mode? So you could start charging people for the luxury of leveling up their rank & guns? You realized the amount of potential money that was flying out the window by allowing bot farms, so you got greedy & started charging for what you removed. So what about all the tens of thousands who already used the exploits before you patched it. It’s just free for them? Are the rest of us just supposed to fork over hundreds of our dollars to get even 5% of the progression there were from previous bot farms. Someone in design & sales really green-lighted this blatant greed grab?
