Recon Drone Killing Mortar w/ EMP is too Much

100% agree that drones shouldn't be able to kill mortar players. this should be fixed as pointed out by TheIrishBosnian it is a mechanical piece of equipment there fore unaffected by emp.
It shouldn't destroy or disable it at all. Surely a mortar is fully mechanical... And the change in visual perspective of the rounds firing is enough nerfing for the mortar.
If anything, a couple seconds delay. Even that's dumb...
