RedSec Improvements

Love RedSec but when players go in with 2-3 people, they assume the other 2 or 1 player(s) don't have a mic but very few people I have met know that they need to switch over from party chat to squad chat. It would be nice to default over to squad or make it more apparent on the screen how to switch. 

Also it would be cool if there was a way to join up with a squad. Instead of match making solo into a game you could have a "squad matching" where a squad of 1, 2, or 3 players are looking for 3, 2, or 1 more player respectively to squad up! 

I've seen this done with a game before (don't recall which) but I really liked it.  Nice thing about a feature like this would be that individuals looking for people to join the squad or people looking for a squad are hypothetically more likely to communicate and work together as opposed to someone just dropping in a match solo.
