Redsec Pro Instant Items Missing from Inventory

I’m having an issue and would appreciate some help or clarification.

I purchased the Redsec Pro pack on November 1, 2025, through Steam (PC), and according to the description, it includes instant items that should automatically appear in my inventory. However, none of these items have shown up so far.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

The transaction was completed successfully (no errors during or after purchase).
I restarted the game and checked my account multiple times.
I also verified if there’s any delay or activation step required, but couldn’t find any notice about that.

My inventory still doesn’t show the Redsec Pro instant items.
