As the title says, I tried to refund the BF6 standard edition yesterday and this morning I received and email from EA saying that my refund could not be processed. The debit card used for the purchase is active and in good standing. Therefore, may I know if this is a known issue or whatever? Is anyone else affected by this?
Same issue. They just don’t seem to care too much about giving money back. I talked with customer support and they said they can’t do anything and it’s a known issue and they are currently looking at solutions. EA has dropped the ball, and this time with people’s money.

Same problem here. The refund failed and I no longer have the game in my library. There have been two attempts, both of which failed. Customer service isn't solving the problem, and they tell me they can't return the game either.

Exact same problem, made a dispute on revolut and currently waiting.
The real kicker being that Vince himself told us to REFUND FROM EA and get it on steam, it's like they are doing it on purpose

Guys, I spoke with the support representative for 1.3 hours yesterday. I asked questions about every little detail, even though I already knew the answers, and got responses. I also contacted different teams to get the correct information for my questions, and the refund was just approved and the money arrived in my bank account. Now I've logged into the game on Steam and am playing without any problems.
