I preordered the game via the EA App in mid-August. Now all my friends on Steam are playing and having fun while I troubleshoot. Even the Refund Tool isn't working.
How can I go about getting a refund?

I tried refund also but it just comes up with an Internal Error, tried several times same thing. That must have crashed also..

They disabled refunds to prevent people cancelling and buying from Steam. What an absolute disgrace.
Nearly as bad as releasing a AAA that a massive number of people can’t play.
We pay them, they work for US, they need to be better , I am so **bleep**ty at how EA has taken this franchise since BF3, if the beta could launch through the EA app why can not the game?
The irony is that I bought it through the EA App because I thought the EA launcher would interfere with Steam. Well, wasn't I an idiot?
Restricting refunds is ridiculous and only ensures that I won't buy from the EA App in the future.
