Remove the borders on each side, players are taking advantage of this and sitting inside of them while not taking damage from the opposing team... it is a huge disadvantage. They are being protected ...

I am fairly certain that is not a thing. I have definitely died in spawn.
I think the OP is referring to sitting in HQ in Vehicles that cannot be damaged, it's a well known exploit.
