Case in "Waiting on Studio" status for over a month

This is happening to me aswell. My account was hacked, hacker used cheats, support helped me to get the account back but ban is still on place. I subminted an appeal and they just said that the ban is justified (lol). I wrote another appeal and now it is "Waiting on studio" forever. I hate EA and this is last time i gave them any money since they have basically stolen my game and used ignore button on everything. Customer support at it's best... they are supporting criminals and not customers.

I have also had my account removed this way. I didn't get hacked, but I did have the exact same experience with the appeal system.
Last thing I tried got me talking to a supposed customer advisor chat, that empathized with the situation, but had no power to do anything because apparently there is a separate bans team that handle all appeals.

Seems to me like that team has gone on holiday / has been liquidated.

You should then create a stronger password next time and update your email details from time to time as well. If your account was used for cheating, so it doens`t matter. No matter if it's your bad day, cousin, or other hecker at your PC.

WTF man? Are you saying that EA should ignore bans that were placed on hacked accounts? EA should work for their custumers and fix their problems. They paid for the game! Otherwise they should refund our money.

Luckily my account wasn’t used by anyone else but myself. I checked game log time and stat changes to verify this.

My case was never responded to, but I received an email two weeks ago letting my know that my status for the game had been reinstated. No reasoning or apology or reparations. But it’s something.
