Case in "Waiting on Studio" status for over a month

I received a permanent ban for what seems to be an error by the anti-cheat software for BF6 after about 10 hours of gameplay and an embarrassingly low K/D.

My initial appeal on the Case (October 24, 2025) was immediately denied with an automated answer with no actual substance as to what was "observed as Gameplay enhancement". 
I resubmitted my appeal (October 30, 2025) within the same Case, and the status has been listed as "Waiting On Studio" since that day.

Over a month has passed since the resubmitted appeal and I have not received a response or resolution to the matter. I wish to better understand the grounds of the ban because I honestly believe that this is a complete error.

I hope for the best, but I do not think this post will reach the right people to get me any closer than I already am to having my ban lifted.

    This is happening to me aswell. My account was hacked, hacker used cheats, support helped me to get the account back but ban is still on place. I subminted an appeal and they just said that the ban is justified (lol). I wrote another appeal and now it is "Waiting on studio" forever. I hate EA and this is last time i gave them any money since they have basically stolen my game and used ignore button on everything. Customer support at it's best... they are supporting criminals and not customers.
