Reported Someone for Using a South Asian Slur

I wanted to add: I'm not new to gaming by any means and know you turn off chat. I used to play LoL. I ignore chat all the time. My issue is the fact that this person fully typed out an uncensored slur and is getting away with it. That shows others they can do it as well.

Turn off chat is the best option.

The only people who use chat are friends with no mics, tryhards who take winning and losing far too seriously and trolls who just want to insult other players.

Alas, whether it's due to the amount of reporting, or maybe the fact it's probably dealt with by AI rather than humans, a lot of stuff gets through. 

A reported someone for writing "you stupid n". I'm not censoring myself here, they just wrote "n", but it's not hard to see what they meant, and they certainly did not correct once this was pointed in the chat. 

I reported, and it came out negative, which is , alas, hardly surprising. Personally, I've started turning the chat off, it's a cesspool.
