Bye Battlefield. We've had good times

I KNOW that EA and DCE couldnt care less about me. But i think it' important that I voice my mind in this case. I have been a EA customer since Need For Speed 2!!!! I have been a BF fanboy since Battlefield 1942! Ive been in BF clan. I've hosted servers. I have bought EVERY BF game on PC!

BF 6 is the last time I give money to EA. I thought that with Labs, and the fresh promises, EA would be a bit more customer-friendly but... Here is the message I sent to my 20yrs+ gaming friends. I know Anti-Cheat is difficult. But forcing me to buy a new PC when my current once serves me quite well is NOT acceptable. Not in the 2026 economic world. 

"I already don't find BF to be as much fun as it once was. The fact that it doesnt support real clan games or squads bigger than 4 guys sux **bleep**. But the screenshot below shows exactly why I am uninstalling this Piece of **bleep**. I run (for now) Win 10. I WILL NOT EVER get Win11. I wanted to dual boot my Linux build so I could play BF with you fine gentlemen. BUT... see screenshot below. As of now, I truly can't be bothered to get into BF and play casual games. Why should I? Whatever I gring will be unaccessible to me soon. So... **bleep** it, Im done giving EA ANY money. In light of the Playstation recent en**bleep**ification move, I closed my PSN account. I just might do the same with my EA account.

I DO hope that we end up finding a game that we can enjoy as a group. The way it used to be and how gaming SHOULD be. For now, I just don't know what it could be.

Sorry boyos. I love you all, but I cannot be the peon these companies want me to be. I can be a peon on my own!
