I'm gonna keep it real I'm pretty hard of hearing myself but can often have some amount of tabs kept on audio.
Even then despite my disability I know the game HAS to have those sounds playing all together for a number of reasons, but chiefly immersion and balance. Players play BF to get those high octane immersive battles and that needs gunfire, explosions, drones, voicelines, and footsteps. You get to FEEL like you're there and enjoy what's crafted. For balance it means then you could maybe use explosions as distractions for your advance, or perhaps not have your drone always hidden away in some cheesy spot.
Trust me I get mad when I die to something I can't hear and that's universally in ANY game I play, but I also know that there's a point to it and if anything it's better put to wanting stronger accessibility features for hard of hearing and/or deaf players like myself.
Granted I think your frustrations are more solely competitively minded but still hope you some of what I say works for you.
