Revert bloom changes & increase recoil, gunplay is now back to Laserfield 2042

Pre-patch the game had a nice mix of full auto in close ranges with burst and tap fire in medium to longer ranges. Now full auto is so easy that you get lasered across the map and TTD is even quicker...

I don't really need bloom back, but add some serious recoil to the lasers and increase TTK/TTD.

You die from SMGs within a 1/3 second - as if everyone had a shotgun - this is unplayable.

Yes, I used to play the MP5 pre patch and post patch and it's just ridiculously easy now, the game has barely any recoil and skill gap, it's insta death to whoever shoots first.
