Revert rpg damage

So to kill a tank it takes 5 shots not 3 like you said both side and rear once again you have ruined a good gameplay mechanic as both a engineer player and tank player the rpgs were never a problem now I can’t kill the sweaty little ******** in the tank FIX IT NOW
