Riddle me this-support mortar

The support mortar cannot be deployed in spawn (Comes up as out of bounds) which is good will save camping on breakthrough BUT troops, vehicles etc can camp in spawn though.

I think out of bounds should be applied across the board forcing campers out to play maybe for conquest more than breakthrough.

The mortar is actually useless it needs a decrease in cool down for more rapid fire OR increase the cool down and but increase the splash damage.

The smoke rounds...need work.
