Roof camper situation

Why are roofs on sobek allowed? All objectives are on the ground level, rooftops are not accessible in any other way than a heli and you gotta check every single rooftop?

The map is absolute **bleep** with this. You made corners on Brooklyn Bridge out-of-bounds, but sobek roofs are still fair game? It makes zero sense.
