RPG Overpowered?

I run Engineer presently for unlocking my SMG's...I can tell you, the RPG's are definitely not op'd. If anything they're underpowered. From full health, with no engineer repairing it, it often takes a minimum of five RPG's to take a tank out. If you're constantly being ganked by RPG's you're positioning yourself poorly and not retreating back when you should be. You're likely sustaining damage from mines and other stuff before being taken out by the RPG's as well If you're being hit on the sides, top, or back you'll also take a bit more damage.
It's not the damage I'm talking about. The flight speed and very little drop it has at distance. I fly mostly helicopters, and I do pretty good in the tanks and IFV. But being taken out in a helicopter by an RPG is the most lethal thing right now. I've done it, I've had it done, and I've watched many videos of people doing it. It really takes little skill to take out the helicopters. The darn thing does more damage than the M136-AT and Javelin, things you have to actually work for to unlock. That to me doesn't make a lot of sense either. As something that you unlock through an assignment or leveling up, it should be a lot better than something you get early in the game.
