interesting.  RIOT really paved the way with this imo,  but all it did was coin the term "smurfing" no different then "stacking" back in the old cs days.   The only difference,   is now we are not allowed to segregate ourselves from such people.  They force us to play with them.   They need let the community run their own servers like the old days.   But unfortunately the industry is against that for some mysterious reason nowadays.  Almost like a self sabotage purposeful destruction of it.   They make laws to defend the criminal and troll,  which in essence encourages them to behave how they do,   and only the innocent and honorable feel the negative effects.
